PURPOSE:To increase cutting efficiency by placing joint-cut plates on both sides of a laminated substance in the laminated direction and fastening them with two-row fastening type vice leaving some interval and then cutting the interval together with the joint-cut plates by means of high speed disc grindstone equipped with a cooling water feeding device. CONSTITUTION:A laminated substance 1 made of brittle metal plate is caught by joint-cut plates on both sides in the laminated direction. And it is fastened together with joint-cut plates by a two-row fastening type vice 3 leaving some interval 4 and the laminated substance 1 is cut at the interval 4 together with joint-cut plates 2 by a cutting grindstone 6. At the time of this cutting, the grindstone 6 is cooled by cooling water from a cooling water feeding device 7, so that the temperature rising of the laminated substance 1 is restrained to low level. Accordingly the cutting can be made into high efficiency.

溶着物が残る等の欠点があった。その他ワイヤー・カッ
ト放電加工等の方法もあるがこれも切断速度が遅い欠点
があった〇 〔発明の目的〕 この発明は従来の上記欠点に鑑みてなされたもので切断
速度早くて切断時間が短く、切断部に悪影響の少ない脆
性な金属板積層体の切断方法を提供することを目的とす
る。

比較的低く、ために切断部の性質に悪影響を与えること

ので、1枚当シの切断所要時間は短く、効率のよい切断
方法が得られる。
