Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic head core having high mangetic permeability, high saturated magnetic flux and high specific resistance easily, by putting an isolating organic adhesive into gaps through asssembled blocks and removing each comb type link part of the assembled blocks. CONSTITUTION:The 1st block 1 the cross section of which shows a core shape for desired magnetic head is made by using a material especially excellent in a certain aspect of magnetic characteristics, to form comb tooth 9 having more or less narrow width than that of a comb groove 8. The 2nd block 10 having almost similar cross section as the block 1 is made by using other material in which the magnetic characteristics are especially excellent in other aspect of the material for the block 1 to form a comb groove 15 and a comb tooth 16. After forming an insertion block 17 by inserting the comb teeth 16 into the comb grooves 8 and the comb teeth 9 into the comb grooves 15, processing distortion is removed by heat treatment. After cooling, an isolating organic adhesive is charged between gaps of the blocks 1 and 10 of the assembled block 17. After bonding, links linking each comb are removed to form a laminated core block 18 and this is cut off orthogonally to the laminated direction.
