Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the cracking or the like defect and to increase the characteristics of a laminated core, by attaching a holding plate to a laminated core block using a hard and breakable magnetic material of high permeability such as sendust, etc. to obtain a laminated core of a desired form and then removing the holding plate. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd U-shaped blocks 1 and 2 are formed with a magnetic material of high permeability. A holding plate 3 is adhered to the side face of the 2nd block 2, and a comb tooth part 4 is formed to the 1st block 1. A comb groove part 5 has a little larger width than the part 4, and a coupling part 6 of a thickness (e) is secured at each tip of gap forming parts 1a and 1b. A comb tooth part 7 is formed to the block 2 with nearly the same width and interval as the part 4 of the block 1. The part 4 is inserted into a comb groove part 8 of the block 2. The both blocks are fitted to each other. After this, the plate 3 is removed, and the heating and cooling treatment is carried out to eliminate the working distortion. Then an insulating organic adhesive is poured to the gap at the fitted part of blocks to adhere both blocks together. Thus a unified block 9 is obtained. This block 9 is cut to obtain a laminated core.
