Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate working, enhance accuracy and yet improve yield and achieve considerable reduction in cost by providing a groove for inserting a core in a slider part and inserting and bonding the core part in said groove. CONSTITUTION:A core block 11 which comprises bonding ferrite blocks 12, 13 by means of glass, etc. and forming a gap 14 is cut and worked to a core part 15. A slider part 16 composed of ferrite, ceramics or other has two slider faces 16' and is formed with a groove 18 for insertion of the core part 15 in its center. The core part 15 is inserted into this groove 18, and with the slider faces 16' being faced downard, the slider part is placed on a surface plate or the like.
