Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the dispersion in track spacings and to simplify the production by working a magnetic block adhered to a non-magnetic core base and by adhering a front core to a back core carrying bobbines.
CONSTITUTION: A magnetic block 2 having a high magnetic permeability and a U- shaped cross-section is adhered to a core base 1 made of a non-magnetic material. Then, grooves 3 extending from the block 2 to the base 1 are formed so that a desired number of back cores 4 and shield plates 5 to be interposed between the former are made integral. A bobbine 6 is wound on each core 4. On the other hand, a thin non-magnetic layer 9 is interposed between a pair of magnetic materials 8a and 8b of high magnetic permeability, and a desired number of front cores 10 and shield plates 11 to be interposed between the former are made integral. The core 10 and plate 11 of the magnetic block 7, which are filled up with a non-magnetic material 12 at the grooves, are adhered to the leading ends of the core 4 and plate 5, and the hatched portions of the block 7 are cut and then assembled in the frame.
