Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain vortex flowmeters which will not be influenced by noises transmitted through conduit lines and have a high detecting the vortex generating body which varies in accordance with the flow rate by detecting noises of oscillations of conduit lines. CONSTITUTION:By vortexes generated in a fluid by a Karman's vortex generating body 2, dynamic lifts proportional to the flow rate of the fluid are generaged to the vortex generating body 2. Variations in the stress distribution produced by the dynamic lift are detected by the 1st sensor 51. On the other hand, noises due to the oscillation of the conduit line are detected by the 2nd sensor 71 and adjusted by a gain adjusting circuit GA and a phase adjusting circuit PA, and then, the detected value is converted by expressing in terms of a conduit line oscillation detected value of the sensor 51. Therefore, a flow rate detection signal is generated by a highly sensitive vortex flowmeter which is not influenced by noises transmitted through conduit lines, through a differential amplifier DA.
