Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity of a water processing facility and drier by pouring flux into a water-cooled bucket and cooling by blowing cooling gas. CONSTITUTION:Molten flux is poured into buckets 61-6n of an endless bucket conveyor 3a from a furnace 1 through a runner 2. Next, the conveyor 3a is shifted and buckets 61-6n are cooled while they pass under air nozzles 3b. Then, outer bottoms of buckets 61-6n containing cooled and solidified flux 17 are turned upward, and the flux contained in the buckets 61-6n is dropped by tapping the outer bottom and crushed by a crusher 5.
