Abstract
PURPOSE:To make a highly accurate analysis of sample components, by introducing light separated into spectral components by a diffraction grating spectroscope into the spectroscope provided with slits after transmitting a sample cell through a plane mirror and concave mirror and scanning the spectroscope to the direction of centrifugal force acting on the sample cell. CONSTITUTION:Light of a lamp 6 is condensed on a incidence slit 8a of a diffraction grating spectroscope composed of a plane diffraction grating and a concave mirror 9 and after changing a single color emitted from an exit slit 8b into parallel luminous flux by a concave mirror 11, the luminous flux is passed through a sample cell 15 of a ultra centrifuge 2 through plane mirrors 12, 13. This light is condensed on a slit 17 by a concave mirror 16 and condensed lught is made incident to a photodetector 18. An image of the cell 15 is scanned by the slit 17 and a photodetector 18 in one body to the direction acting centrifugal force and also, wavelength scanning of the diffraction grating is carried out. Hereby, a highly accurate analysis of sample compenents is made.
