Abstract

PURPOSE: To achieve high speed enough to follow up and measure even if the body tissue colors, positions, etc. change at high speed due to pulse rate or sentiment of the subject, by changing over the optical path by using a vibrational mirror instead of a chopper mirror.

The ends of branches 16, 17 radiate the body tissue 26 and white reference plate, and the respective reflected lights are converted into electric signals by photo detectors 22, 23 to be processed.
