Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure easily plural lights to be measured at the same time by leading the lights to an incident light slit part via plural optical fibers. CONSTITUTION:Optical fibers 11-14 are fixed to a spectrometer via fixer 8 so that while their one-side terminals are aligned on a straight line, the tips will be arranged right before the opening part of incident light slit 3. Lights emitted from optical fibers 11-14 are made parallel through concave mirror 4 to strike diffraction grating 5, which disperses them in different directions according to the wavelength. Those dispersed lights are focused through concave mirror 6 on two-dimensional photodetector array 7, arranged on an image formation surface, according to the wavelength, forming a spectral image.
