Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve temperature characteristics of a threshold level by externally fitting a resistance element to a level detecting circuit wherein a differential amplifier part and an operational amplifier part are made into a monolithic IC. CONSTITUTION:A PLL synchronous detecting circuit phi consists of a lower differential couple of transistors (TR)Q1 and Q2 and upper differential couples of TRs Q3 and Q4, and Q5 and Q6. The emitters of the TRs Q1 and Q2 are coupled with each other through a resistance R1 and also connected to constant current sources I1 and I2. The output terminal of the synchronous detecting circuit phi is connected to one input terminal of a voltage comparing and switching circuit VCS, the other input terminal of which is connected to a power source Vcc through a diode Q9. Further, an external resistance R2 is connected between the output terminal of the synchronous detecting circuit phi and the voltage source Vcc to prevent temperature variations in threshold level by the resistance R1 and diode Q9 with the temperature coefficient of the resistance R2.
