Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a means of display which can be dynamically driven with high intensity and brightness, by application of a bipolar type transistor provided with a high voltage resistance acting as a switching element. CONSTITUTION:Players 2, 4 are formed in a matrix of m lines and n rows in a semiconductor base 1, in the mutually separated status. Each p layer 2 is a part which is rendered a collector of a pnp type transistor TR, and further, each p layer 2 is a region covered with a phospher layer. Each n layer 3 which is the base of TR is formed in each p layer 2, and eah layer 4 which is the emitter of TR is formed in each n layer 3.
