Abstract
PURPOSE:To make adjustments on working point of the output independently of the adjustment of a temperature coefficient, by connecting constant-current sources of different temperature characteristic to one point and by converting the output current of these constant-current sources into an output through resistances. CONSTITUTION:An electric current source IT which changes in accordance with the ambient temperature and another electric current source I0 which will not change even when the ambient temperature changes, are connected to each other at a joint P, and a resistance RP is connected to the joint P, and then, an output is fetched from the resistance RP. It is pressured here that the electric current of the current source IT is represented in a straight line having a constant gradient against the ambient temperature. When the value of electric current of the current source IT at an ambient temperature which is designated to a reference ambient temperature is designated as iT (T0) and the difference between the value iT and the value of electric current (iT) at another ambient temperature T1 is designated as DELTAiT, the electric current passing through the resistance RP is represented by (iT-i0) and shown by the inclined part of the diagram. Also, the temperature coefficient of the output is defined by Formula (I). Therefore, by changing the value of the electric current of the current source I0, the temperature coefficient of the output is changed optionally.
