When zebra rubber has been adopted as a connector, since the groove 10 is provided, the thickness of the terminal 9a of the electrode pattern 9 generates the same effect as scores-several hundred mum substantially although it is submicron. Accordingly, even if pressure force is small, conduction is held sufficiently and exactly, and a pitch shift is not caused because zebra rubber fills the groove 10.
