While LSI10 and module frame 11 reside on hard part 3, the battery is installed in battery accommodation hole 8 and a conduction path is formed of toungue piece 12 via a triffle elastic metal plate 5 and flexible substrate 4. In this structure, since the entire thickness of the module is as thick as those of the liquid- crystal plate, battery, metal plate 5 and substrate 4, an extremely thin body can be obtained and pressure for the accommodation of the battery is never applied to the liquid-crystal plate.
