Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of components and also to simplify an assembling process by mounting a piezoelectric element on a substrate with a nonmetal conductive elastic body interposed. CONSTITUTION:In electrode films 42-44 provided on circuit substrate 31, holes 35-37 to which rubber contacts 32-34 are fitted are made and after piezoelectric element 21 is supported by rubber contacts 32-34, case 29 with projecting contact 30 is arranged. Rubber contacts 32-34 are shaped in fine screws made of isotropic conductive rubber. Therefore, since a piezoelectric resonator can be arranged on the circuit substrate, the number of special components is reduced and reduction on the whole is great. Further, a case is covered with silicon rubber film 50 on both upper and lower sides to improve sealing effect, so that the reliability can be improved.
