CONSTITUTION:A differential pair of transistors TRs 6,7 constituting a switching circuit are provided on a phase detecting circuit of an AFC circuit of a TV set, the same bias is supplied to the base of each TRs 6, 7 through resistances 13, 14, and a comparison voltage input terminal B is connected to the base of the TR 7. Also, loads by TRs 8, 9 are connected to the collectors of the TRs 6, 7, an output terminal C is connected to the collector of the TR7, and a constant-current circuit 26 is connected in common to the emitters of the TRs 6, 7. Furthermore, a TR23 of diode-connection is connected to a TR10 of the circuit 26, and when there is an input to a reference signal input terminal A, a current is inputted to the TRs 6, 7.
