Abstract

PURPOSE:To control the variation in the operating point cuased by the dispersion in FET and to increase the gain through the connection of a constant current circuit as the load of the first stage FET. CONSTITUTION:When a signal is fed to the input terminal IN, the input signal is amplified with the push pull amplifying circuit consisting of FETQ1, Q2, transistors (TR)Q5, Q6, and output TRs Q7, Q8 and given to the output terminal OUT. On the other hand, the collector of Trs Q10, Q12 constituting a part of the current Miller circuit is connected via the resistors R6, R7 to the output terminal, then if the offset voltage at the output terminal is changed, the collector current of TRs Q10, Q12 fluctuates and the collector current of TRs Q9, Q11 is varied and similarly that of TRs Q9, Q11 is changed, allowing to control the base voltage of the output TRs Q7, Q8 and to shift the output offset voltage to ground potential.
