Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep the output offset voltage always at ground potential, by suppressing the dispersion of operating current on and after the second stage caused by the dispersion of IDSS of FET. CONSTITUTION:When a signal is fed to the input terminal IN, it is amplified with the push pull amplifying circuit consisting of FFTs Q1, Q2, driver transistors (TR) Q3, Q4, and output TRs Q5, Q6, and outputted at the output terminal OUT. On the other hand since the collector of TRs Q8, Q10 constituting a part of the current Miller circuit is connected via the resistors R8, R10 respectively at the output terminal OUT, if the offset voltage of the output terminal is shifted to positive or negative, the collector current of TRs Q8, Q10 is changed with it and the collector current of TRs Q7, Q9 is also varied, allowing to control the base bias potential of output TRs Q5, Q6 and the output offset voltage to be kept at ground potential.
