Abstract
PURPOSE: To suppress the DC drift at the output terminal easily, by providing a DC feedback amplifying circuit in the DC amplifier where the first stage is constituted with the differential amplifier and by controlling the constant-current source by the output of this circuit.
CONSTITUTION: DC feedback amplifying circuit S which amplifies the ultralow frequency region and the DC region of the output signal is provided in the DC amplifier where the first-stage differential amplifier is constituted with transistors (TR) Qa and Qb and the constant-current source and the output stage are constituted with TRQd and TRQc respectively. When a positive DC voltage appears at output terminal OUT, the output terminal voltage of circuit S drops with the time constant of capacitor Ca and resistance Rc to raise the collector current of TRQd and lower currents of TRs Qa and Qb and lower the collector potential of TRQa, and the bias of TRQc is made shallow. Consequently, the current of TRQc is lowered, and the potential at the output terminal is moved in the negative direction, and the positive voltage is cancelled. When a negative DC voltage appears at the output terminal, the DC potential is held at zero by the reverse operation. Since resistance Rc can be made large, time constant ReCa is made large sufficiently even if Ca is made small, and the DC drift is suppressed easily.
