Abstract
PURPOSE:To generate a high-cycle ultrasonic wave signal with the minute output of a pencile type ultrasonic pen by providing a laminated piezoelectric layer with the 1st and 2nd linear parallel electrodes, and by further providing an electrode, which becomes the counter electrode of the parallel electrodes, over the entire surface of one layer of the piezoelectric layer. CONSTITUTION:On a substrate 1, high polymer piezoelectric conductor films 2 and 3 are stuck successively; and parallel coordinate electrodes 4 are provided longitudinally on the top surface of the lower film 2, and parallel coordinate electrodes 5 are provided laterally on the top surface of the upper film 3. Over the entire rear surface of the film 2, an electrode 6 which becomes the counter electrode for the coordinate electrodes 4 and 5 in common is provided. To those electrodes 4 and 5, timers 9 and 10 are connected via FETs 7-7m+1, and FETs 8-8m+1, and the counter electrode 6 is grounded. Then, an ultrasonic pen is allowed to contact with an optional point 0 on a coordinate input equipment to generate an ultrasonic wave signal, and piezoelectrically converted signals from electrodes 4m and 5m are impedance-converted by the FETs 7m and 8m and applied to the timers 9 and 10 to generate a high-cycle ultrasonic wave signal.
