Abstract

PURPOSE:To completely bond the inside roundly bent part on an ornamental thermosetting resin sheet and to prevent stress from concentrating to the roundly bent part, by bringing the ornamental thermosetting resin sheet into contact with a workpiece which has the inside roundly bent part and thereafter bonding this part first. CONSTITUTION:An ornamental resin sheet is brought into contact with a workpiece which has an inside roundly bent part. This part is bonded first. Bonding agent layers 7 are provided on the ornamental melamine resin sheet 2 and a top board 1. The ornamental sheet 2 is acutely bent into contact with the inside roundly bent part at a corner 6 while the sheet 2, a back guard 3 and a table top 4 are kept off one another by spacers 8, 8. A heated long bar 9 is pressed on the ornamental sheet 2 by oil pressure or the lie so that the sheet is bonded. After the ornamental sheet 2 is pressed and bonded on the table top 4 and the back guard 3, the ends of the sheet 2 are cut off.
