Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform granulation and recovery by multilayering the inside of a device for granulation in liquid in multiplex cylinders, providing guide plates to the ends of the respective layers to form flow passages zigzag to form long flow passages and passing mixed fluids of a slurry and a flocculant into these under rolling.
CONSTITUTION: Vane wheels 3 fixed to a revolving shaft 8 and multiplex cylinders 2 coaxial to the shaft are fixed by fixing bars 4 in a cylindrical vessel 1, whereby cylindrical passages are formed. For the cylinders and the spacings their between, the sectional areas enclosed by the respective cylinders are made equal in order to make the flow speed constant. The granulated products are dehydrated and separated. The outer cylindrical part of the guide wall 15 on the wall surface 1b side opens so that those having attained constant grain sizes before they go to the final state are recovered in an early time.
