Abstract
PURPOSE: To purify sewage by increasing contact effect through a mechanism wherein, while a liquid is contacted to a chamber wall surface by the rotation of an assemblage adjoining plural partitioned chambers and the gravity of an inflow liquid, the said liquid is passed through and transported to an adjacent chamber successively.
CONSTITUTION: An assemblage of a partitioned chamber 5, 6, 7 is rotated to a direction 23 by rotating in such a manner that a centrifugal accerelating speed is lower than a accerelating speed of the gravity to supply a liquid like substance continuously in a constant amount into an inner cylinder 20 from a supply pipe 21. Thereby, a liquid maintains a liquid level 22 and, when an inlet 0 of a comminucating pipe 8 of a chamber 5 is reached to a liquid level, becomes to a prescribed liquid level 15 in an initial flow phase LB and the liquid supply is completed. A fluid with heavy density within fluids is entered to a high liquid level of a chamber just before a phase LB from an inlet 1' of a communicating pipe 9 and the liquid flow is initiated from a chamber 5 to a chamber 6 and becomes to a low liquid level 14 in a phase LB to complete the liquid flow. Subsequently, a chamber 5 receives a liquid as well as a chamber 6 comes to a high liquid level between a phase LB and L and to a low liquid level at L as well as a chamber 7 to a high liquid level between L end LT and to a low liquid level at LT and a liquid is passed through and transported successively to render a wall surface wet. Moreover, a fluid with low density is passed through a flow port 5', 6', 7' and flowed while contacted with a heave density fluid in a crossed condition.
