Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the interference caused between I/O buses and to reduce the number of I/O buses and data amplifiers down to a pair from two pairs, by driving a transfer gate that transfers the information of the digit lines with the energizing signal which is selectively produced. CONSTITUTION:The information of cells C1... of work lines WL and DWL selected by an X decoder is amplified by sense amplifiers S11... via digit lines DL. Then decoder Y0 is selected, and accordingly transistors T20 and T21 are turned on. Thus transistors T22, T23, T24 and T25 that form a transfer gate are turned on and off by energizing signals RE0 and RE1 having a high level and a ground potential level formed by dividing the activated signal of a decoder Y into two parts. As a result, the interference caused between an I/O bus and each of lines DL... can be eliminated, and the refreshing of cells C12 and C13 plus transfer of information of cells C10 and C11 can be carried out with no malfunction by a pair of I/O bus and data amplifier DA.
