Abstract

PURPOSE: To take best advantage of both abilities of a molding device and pouring devices and to improve the casting ability of the entire part by charging molten metal into molding flasks which are continuously formed, with the charging devices provided in respective charging sections.
CONSTITUTION: The molding flasks molded by a molding device 1 are delivered successively by a pusher 3a in an arrow direction, and are tact-driven to a charging section 4a. When the molding flasks arrive at a position X1, a pusher 31 operates at every other flask to move the molding flasks to a position Y1, from where the flasks are tact-driven by a pusher 32 to a charging section 4b. Hence, the molding flasks fed to the sections 4a, 4b are respectively every other tact, and the stop time of each molding flask can be made longer than the charging time even if the molding flask tact feeding of the device 1 is shorter than the charging time. The molding flask in the position X2 from the section 4a is delivered to a cooling line 5a by a pusher 33 and the molding flask in the position Y2 from the section 4b by a pusher 34.
