CONSTITUTION: Polypropylene of which fraction of isotactic pendad insoluble in boiling heptane is more than 0.955 and content of soluble part in boiling heptane is less than 9.0wt% is melt-extruded and at least one surface is gradually cooled. Thus, the sheet having the surface in which α crystal and β crystal coexist is made. And the sheet is stretched at least uniaxially. By this, because the minute void is not formed in the inner part of the film, physical and chemical properties are not lowered, then surface-roughend polypropylene stretched film having good stretched film forming property can be manufactured.
