Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce number of required bits and make times of continuation zero and reduce the capacity of read only memory by storing the number of times of continuation of disagreement between state information of signal line and preceding output information, and outputting the state information when the number of times of continuation exceeds a specified value. CONSTITUTION:The state of a signal line is scanned by a multiplexer MPX according to the output of a counter CT and the output is latched to a register REG as state information S. Output information OUT and information SCNU of number of times of continuation of disagreement between information S and information OUT are stored in memory MEM. Then, information S of this time and output OUT from memory MEM are added to exclusive OR gate 4 and 1 is outputted when agreed. Information SCNU from memory MEM is added to +1 circuit P1 and +1 output is added to a selector SEL2 and a comparator COMP, and compared with a specified value 5 by the comparator COMP.
