Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the frequency drift and tracking remarkably, by inserting a series circuit of a resistor and a capacitor between the emitter and ground of an oscillating transistor (TR). CONSTITUTION:A series circuit consisting of a resistor 6 and a capacitor 9 is inserted between the emitter of a TR1 of an oscillating element and ground. A resistance value of the resistor 6 determines the compensating value of a conductance component to improve the tracking shift and the frequency drift, and a capacitance value of the capacitor 9 governs the frequency characteristics of the compensation value of the conductance and susceptance component to decide the oscillating conditions. Thus, the frequency drift due to the tracking of the oscillating circuit and temperature change can be improved remarkably.
