Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize a temperature by a simple constitution by use of a varactor diode 1, by inserting a temperature variable phase-shifter in series into a delay line, and shifting the temperature change characteristics of phase delay characteristics in the oscillation system, in the high or low direction from the center temperature of the compensating range. CONSTITUTION:The temperature characteristics of oscillation frequency is improved by a temperature compensating circuit 41 by feeding back an output of an osillating transistor 20 through a delay line 23. In this case, a capacitor 37 is made to have almost linear temperature inclination characteristics by providing a temperature variable phase shifter consisting of an inductance 36 and the capacitor 37, on the temperature compensating circuit 41, and a temperature of a flat part of the temperature characteristics of the delay line 23 is shifted in the high or low position. In this state, since the phase correction by a varactor diode 35 is operated only in the high or low direction in the proximity of the frequency of the flat part, a temperature is stabilized extending over a wide range by a simple constitution by use of one piece of varactor diode.
