Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain more stabilized output voltage, by holding once the influence by a variation of supply voltage and a load current, in the form of a variation of a bias current of a pnp transistor. CONSTITUTION:A current of a resistance R3 is varied by a variation of supply voltage Vcc, but it is a bias current of a pnp transistor Q3 that is varied by said variation, its forward direction voltage VBEQ3 is scarcely varied, for instance, even when a current is varied to two times, its variation is 20mV or so, if so much, therefore, a variation of a bias current of Q1 flowing in a resistance R4 by VBEQ3 is only 2.5% or so, and reference voltage VBEQ1 is scarcely varied. Also, an increase of a Q2 base current causes a decrease of a bias current of Q3, is scarcely varied, therefore, since a bias current of Q1 is not varied and the reference voltage VBEQ1 is not varied, stability of output voltage againt a variation of a load current is greatly improved.
