Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the hysteresis width constant and suppress the fluctuation of the input state due to an input level, by constituting a circuit by an input-stage transistor, differential-stage transistors, current sources, and a resistance. CONSTITUTION:The emitter of an input-stage transistor Q1 is connected to a current source I1 and the base of a differential-stage transistor Q2, and the emitter of a transistor Q4 is connected to a current source I 3 and the base of a differential-stage transistor Q3 through a resistance R2 for hysteresis. A current source I2 is connected to the common emitter connection point of differential- stage transistors Q2 and Q3, and a detecting circuit 11 to detect turning-on and off states pf transistors Q2 and Q3 is connected to collectors of transistors Q2 and Q3. A current source I4 is connected to the base of the transistor Q3 through a switch SW1.
