Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the output stable even with low power supply voltage, by supplying the voltage obtained with separate P-N junction element to a series circuit between the base and emitter of transistor (TR) and a resistor and picking up current or voltage from the collector. CONSTITUTION:A collector current I1 flowing to the collector of a transistor (TR) Q2 is the collector current of a TRQ3 to cause the voltage VB and also this voltage VB is the base bias of TRs Q43-Q4n, resulting that the entire collector current I2 of TRs Q43-Q4n flows to the resistor R without variation due to temperature and the output voltage E1 independently of temperature change can be obtained at the terminal T1.
