Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a constant-current source circuit whose output impedance is large enough, by means of the monolithic structure, by constituting so that the amplifying element which operates as a current source by the feedback bias loop can be biased stably. CONSTITUTION:The transistor TR1 which has been biased 5 by the voltage source 15 operates as a constant-current source, and its output is applied to the base of TR2 which operates as a sense amplifier, through the terminal 9. The output of the TR2 is led into the power supply terminal 8 through the resistor 4 from the output terminal 10 of the sense amplifier. The sense amplifier output terminal 10 is connected to the base of TR3, the emitter of TR3 is connected to the collector of TR1 through the terminal 9, and the feedback bias loop is formed. The collector of TR3 is connected to the output terminal 6 of the circuit, and the terminal 9 is biased stably against the voltage variation of the terminal 6.
