Abstract
PURPOSE:To rearrange and execute miroprograms by selecting bank Nos. and utilize different mechanical language instruction architecture for each program, by dividing a control memory device into a plural number of banks. CONSTITUTION:Micro (mu)-programs are loaded on a control memory writing register 4 from the main memory 10 through an main memory control section 11, and a mu program on a control memory 3 is read out into a mu instruction register 8 from assigned addresses by a mu instruction address register 5, and then, decoded by a mu instruction decoder 9, and the program is executed. Moreover, at every execution of one instruction, a clock 1 is supplied from a clock signal supplying section 2 to a bank number controlling section 6 and an in-bank address controlling section 7, and the contents in the mu instruction address register 5 configured with bank Nos. B and in-bank addresses NAM are updated, and then, reading out operation of the next mu instruction into the register 8 is repeated. By selecting bank Nos. B, rearrangement and execution of mu programs become easier.
