CONSTITUTION:A polymeric surface active agent is mixed in a solution of photosensitive resin the main component of which is polyvinyl alcohol to prepare a photosensitive aqueous solution, phosyphor material powder is dispersed homogeneously in the solution to form a phosphor material slurry, and a fluorescent screen is formed using the slurry. The photosensitive aqueous solution may be prepared by, for example, mixing 10wt% of polyethlene glycol to 5wt% polyvinylalcohol aqueous solution containing 10wt% of a sensitizer (diazonium salt) and agitating.
