CONSTITUTION: An aqueous inorg. chemical soln. is dropped from a liquid supply pipe 3 into the vapor phase part 2 of an evaporating vessel 1. Otherwise, a packed bed 6 is provided in the part 2 of the vessel 1, and said soln. is supplied and irrigated from the port 3 into this bed 6. There are no limits for the amount of the aqueous inorg. chemical soln. to be flowed down into the vapor phase part of the evaporating vessel; the entire amount of the aqueous chemical soln. to be supplied may be flowed down or a part thereof may be flowed down into the vapor phase part. The aqueous inorg. chemical soln. includes aqueous solns. of calcium chloride, caustic soda, cyanuric chloride, urea, ammonium chloride, etc.
