Although contents of memory parts 5a, 6a of this system are fixed by hardware, contents of the memory prts 5b, 6b, 5c and 6c are read and written freely by software. In this way, when a new disk is accessed, the time required for regeneration of a program is shortened extremely, and a program is simplified, without being aware of a change of the contents of the memory parts 5b, 6b, 5c and 6c.
