CONSTITUTION:An amplifier of one stage is repeatedly disposed in the same pattern in row and column. The earth electrodes 14 and the power wires 12 of the amplifiers are commonly used, and the input terminal 1 and the output terminal 2 of the amplifier of one stage are connected with another amplifier of the same row or the same column. These amplifiers are cut via V-shaped grooves into the minimum unit of the amplifier of one stage and are formed on one ceramic substrate.
