A counter part CNT counts a clock pulse from an operation control part CPU, and when it attains to a prescribed count, the CPU is interrupted. The CPU executes an operation by reading out a data from the RAM in the interrupted time, and reading out a subroutine of a program of an interpolating function from a program memory part ROM. The result of operation is D/A-converted through an output interface OUTIF, and is outputted.
