Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep the duty of pulse signal to a given value, by measuring each pulse width of H and L level of pulse signal, and feeding back the both pulse signals measured to the reference voltage signal after comparative operation. CONSTITUTION:The voltage level detection circuit 13 outputs the pulse signal PS when the signal level of the detection signal DS is greater than the reference voltage signal BS. The pulse width of H and L level of the pulse signal PS is counted at the counters 14 and 15 and it is input to the reference voltage control circuit 17. The control circuit 17 compares the number of clocks corresponding to each pulse width and outputs the control signal CS to the reference voltage generating circuit 18 so that the pulse signal PS has desired duty.
