Abstract

PURPOSE: To cyanoacrylate adhesive is charged through the opening into a metallic tube inert to the adhesive and the part which is tentatively sealed by folding is brought into contact with a gas flow of an anion-polymerization initiator, whereby the sealing is readily effected without the liquid leakage.
CONSTITUTION: After a cyanoacrylate adhesive is charged through the opening into a metallic tube inert to the adhesive, preferably aluminum or tin tube, the opening is folded to effect the tentative sealing. Then, the folded part is brought into contact with a gas flow of an anion-polymerization catalyst such as a gas flow formed by evaporating a substance with high vapor pressure at room temperature such as an amine or ammonia for a short time (less then several seconds) to effect complete sealing. As the gas, is used a combustion exhaust gas containing steam, referigerant water gas containing ammonia or the cigarett smoke also, thus preventing pollution.
