Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the preparation of many print-off masks, by shifting a member that masks as exposed part from the light of a light source and does not mask the peripheral unexposed part along with the light of the light source and along the peripheral unexposed part. CONSTITUTION:A print-off light source 16 is held into a box 20 in a body with a member 18 that masks an exposed part 12 from the light of the source 16 and does not mask a peripheral unexposed part 14. The member 18 contains an endless light shielding belt 22 and a roller 24 that supports the belt 22. The belt 22 is slightly projected outward over the box 20 to prevent the light from reaching the part 12. The light source 16 is set right above the part 14. The box 20 is shifted along a guide 31 by a motor. The units such as the belt 22, the box 20, a shaft 28, a motor 29, etc. are provided at 4 sides of a plate 10. Then only the unexposed part is irradiated at each of the 4 sides with a shift of the belt 22 and the box 20.
