Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency and the quality of a coil inserting device by employing the device having independent coil inserting blades corresponding to teeth parts, a bed for holding a core erected on the teeth part and a coil pressing plate for inserting the coil. CONSTITUTION:Said device is composed of independent coil inserting blades 7 corresponding to teeth parts of an annular core 1, and a bed 8 for holding the core 1 by erecting the blades 7 on the teeth parts of the core 1 with detachable assembling means. The blades 7 are inserted and engaged to the bed 8 for holding the core 1 with pins 9 secured by screws 10 to the blades 7, and the blades 7 are detachably assembled. A coil pressing plate 14 for inserting the coils 3a, 3b engaged with the blades 7 into slots 2 from the side which is not contacted at the blades 7 with the core 1 is provided.
