Abstract
PURPOSE:To work for the retionalization and automation of winding work of a stator core by a process wherein the adjoining teeth part of a stator core are connected on the side of inside diameter, while the peripheral part of the core is furnished with the openings and from said openings the wiring is executed. CONSTITUTION:The main magnetic flux part 6 and the shading part 7' of the adjoining teeth part 5 of a stator core 2 are connected through the connecting parts 8 on the inside diameter side. The connecting parts 8 are provided with the concave parts 9 for increasing the magnetic reluctance. And at the yoke parts 1, with which the peripheral parts of the core 2 are provided, the openings 4 are formed at about the central parts of the slots 3 and through said openings 4 the coils are wound. Thereafter the openings 4 are furnished with the wedges and the like of ferromagnetic materials for decreasing the magnetic reluctance. Thereby the operations are improved and the efficiency is raised as compared with coil winding from the inside diameter side.
