Abstract
PURPOSE:To rationalize and automate a winding work for a motor by disposing insulators on both side surfaces of a stator for the motor, thereby eliminating the projection of coils from the inside and the outside of the stator. CONSTITUTION:Insulators 1 are provided on both side surfaces of a stator 2. The insulator 1 has a cylindrical portion 4 and a flat part including a projection axially protruded of the cylindrical part 4. A coil 3 is wound in the slot of the stator 2 from a hole formed on the outside of the stator 2 after the stator 2 and the insulators 1 are positioned. The cylindrical part 4 is formed at this time so that the cylindrical part 4 is projected from the coil end of the coil 3. The coil 3 does not extend from the cylindrical part 4 provided at the insulators 1 toward the inside of the stator 2. Further, the coil 3 does not move toward the outside by a projection 6 formed at the insulator 1.
