Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency for both fixing of an attachment screw and annealing process, by inserting the head part of the attachment screw into an inserting hole of a main body of a shielding case from the outer side to soldering the head part in a heating oven and at the same time giving the magnetic annealing to the main body of the shielding case. CONSTITUTION:The head part 13b of an attachment screw 13 is put into an inserting hole 12 provided to a shielding case main body 11 forming a magnetic head from the outer side and up to the position of a stopper flange part 14. At the same time, a solder 15 and when necessary, a flux 16 are applied to the joint part of the part 13b and the hole 12. Then the joined part 13b is heated in a heating oven and in a reducing atmosphere up to a level higher than the fluid temperature of the solder 15. Thus the soldering is carried out, and at the same time the magnetic annealing is carried out for the main body 11. In such way, the insertion of the attachment screw is facilitated, and the number of manufacturing processes is reduced to increase the productivity.
