Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize the circuit operation which depends on the load current, by changing the duty cycle of the pulse signal which controls the operation of the load current controlling element in accordance with the variation of the supply voltage. CONSTITUTION:A load current IL supplied from a power source 11 to a load 12 is supplied to the collector of a grounded-emitter transistor (TR) 14 installed in a load controlling circuit 21. In the circuit 21, a voltage detecting circuit 22 which detects the variation of the voltage of the power source 11, an oscillating circuit 23 which sets the duty cycle DTC of the pulse signal in accordance with the output signal of the circuit 22 and supplies a pulse phi2 of the duty cycle DTC set in the base of the TR 14, and a DTC controlling circuit 24 are installed. When the voltage of the power source 11 is detected by the circuit 21 and the voltage becomes low level, the electric current IL can be enlarged by enlarging the DTC of the pulse phi2 and also enlarging the DTC of the switching of the TR 14. When the voltage of the power source 11 becomes higher by electric charging, the electric current IL can be reduced by reducing the DTC of the pulse.
