When the room temperature becomes a set temperature, an output voltage is generated from the output part of a comparator 10, and the signal is inputted to the base of a transistor TR12 to turn on the TR12, and the circuit between the gate and the cathode of a thyristor 8 for driving a relay of the heating unit control part is held in the short-circuit state to make the thyristor non-conductive. While the room temperature is high, the relay is not turned on to prevent the power supply from the power supply circuit to the heating unit.
