Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent an amplifying element from breaking down in on-off operation by controlling the electric power source of the amplifying element by the output of an oscillator sharing the electric power source with the amplifying element. CONSTITUTION:When electric power source 2 is put to work, oscillator 12 starts oscillation and its output is applied to rectifier 13. The output voltage of rectifier 13 is applied to the gate electrode of FET11 and also to electric power source controller 15. Controller 15, when the input voltage exceeds a prescribed value, turns on transistor 14 to supply electric power to FET11. At this time, FET11 has already been applied with the voltage at its gate and no excessive current flows. When electric power source 2 is turned off, oscillator 12 stops the oscillation and consequently while the gate voltage of FET disappears, transistor 14 turns off, stopping the supply of electric power to FET11.
